Susan and Rick Poe of Clovis, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Rachel Donnell Poe of Clovis, to James Edwards Sanchez of Clovis, son of Herminia Sanchez of Clovis.
The couple will exchange vows at 6 p.m. on April 10, 2004, at the Chapel in Clovis.
The bride-elect is a 1999 graduate of Broad Horizons.
She is a student at Clovis Community College.
The prospective groom is a 1997 graduate of Clovis High School.
He is employed at Garvey Processing.
The ceremony and reception are open to friends and relatives.
Pierce-Dorman
Dewey and Alice Pierce of Texico, announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Penny Pierce of Centerville, Texas, to Brent Dorman of Centerville, son of Larry and Dale Dorman of Centerville.
The couple will exchange vows at 7 p.m. (CDT) on May 1, 2004, at the Dorman barn.
The reception will be at the Dorman home.
The bride-elect is a 1991 graduate of Texico High School and a 1996 graduate of Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colo.
She is employed as an equine sports therapist.
The prospective groom is a 1993 graduate of Centerville High School.
He is self-employed as a horse trainer.
Invitations have been sent.
