Kate Lynn Petroski, infant, of Clovis, died Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2004, at Plains Regional Medical Center in Clovis.
She was born on Feb. 4, 2004, in Clovis, to Marcus and Brandi Petroski.
Survivors include her parents; a sister, Avery Petroski of Clovis; her grandparents, Hazel Petroski of Clovis, Mark Petroski of Albuquerque and State Norvell of Hereford; and great-grandparents, Jimmy and Helen Roman of Clovis and Lewis Lea of Hereford.
Burial will be at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens in Clovis.
Arrangements were by Steed-Todd Funeral Home of Clovis.
