Natalie Broglie of Kauai, Hawaii, and Scott Schumpert of Clovis were joined in marriage on Jan. 26, 2004, in Portales.
Magistrate Judge Jane Martin performed the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Susan Broglie of Kauai and the late Earl Broglie.
The bridegroom is the son of Geri Schumpert of Clovis and the late Fred Schumpert.
The couple will reside in Portales.
He is employed as a police officer for the Portales Police Department.
She is employed as a deputy for the Roosevelt County Sheriff’s office.
Saniger
Leiann Franks of Oklahoma City, and James Saniger of Russellville, Ark., were joined in marriage on Feb. 20, 2004, in the Oklahoma Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Oklahoma City.
The bride is the daughter of Tommy and Elizabeth Franks of Portales.
She is the granddaughter of Ray and Diana Elliott of Clovis.
The bridegroom is the son of Denton and Debra Saniger of Russellville, Ark.
The couple will reside in Russellville, Ark.
There will be an open house from 4 until 6 p.m. Feb. 28, 2004, at 1930 S. Ave. G in Portales and is open to friends and relatives.
