Eulah Eunice Spencer, 91, of Taiban died Thursday, Dec. 18, 2003, at Kingman Regional Medical Center in Kingman, Ariz.
She was born on April 17, 1912, in Daysboro, Wolf County, Ky., to Morgan and Mary Elizabeth Cruey Spencer.
She made her home in Wolf County until 1918 when the family moved to Floyd. The family later made their home in Elida, until moving to the ranch south of Taiban in 1938. She worked with her family on the ranch for many years. She made her home at the Pecos Valley Care Center for several years before moving to Kingman in August 2003.
She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, Willie Marion Spencer, Andrew Campbell Spencer, Martin Luther Spencer and Woodie Willard Spencer; and three sisters, Bertha Alice Cussack, Sarah Ellen Vancleve, and Nina Rebecca Spencer.
Survivors include a sister-in-law, Margaret Spencer of Kingman; and several nieces and nephews, including Dr. Cruey Spencer of Kingman.
Burial will be at Elida Cemetery.
Arrangements are by Chavez Funeral Home of Fort Sumner.
