Cone, Willie

Willie Edna Cone, 95, of Pearland, Texas, a retired railroad employee, died Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2004, in Pearland.

She was born on Sept. 3, 1908, in Chockie, Okla., to John and Lula Moore.

She was preceded in death by her parents; three brothers; three sisters; a son; and a daughter.

Survivors include a son, John “Tyler” Cone of Arizona; three daughters, Wilma Parrish and Susie Fain, both of Clovis, and Mae Wilson of Tucumcari; 23 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; and 16 great-great-grandchildren.

The family will received friends at 816 W. Yucca.

The Rev. Jack Stone will officiate the services.

Burial will be at Lawn Haven Memorial Gardens in Clovis.

Pallbearers will be Louis R. and Kenny Wilson, Eddy Dean and Johnny Fain, Jesse Cherry and Dean Parrish.

Honorary pallbearers are her great-grandsons.

Arrangements are by Steed-Todd Funeral Home of Clovis.
