The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in Roosevelt County District Court:

Stephanie Pergeson, 19, found guilty of two counts of issuance of worthless checks and will serve two years of supervised probation.

David Martinez, 21, found guilty of trafficking cocaine and will serve five years of supervised probation.

Keith Hutchens, 21, found guilty of probation violation and will serve two years in the Department of Corrections and be returned to probation.

Harold D. Willis, 53, found guilty of probation violation and will serve the remainder of his probation — 90 days — in the Roosevelt County Detention Center.

Rey Guadelupe Lucero, 23, found guilty of probation violation and will serve 12 months in the Department of Corrections.

Adam Ontiveros, 27, found guilty of probation violation and will serve three years in the Department of Corrections.

Joshua Villalobos, 20, found guilty probation violation and will continue probation and complete the treatment program at New Mexico Rehabilitation Center.

The following criminal dispositions were recently filed in Roosevelt County Magistrate Court:

Robert Wickham, 48, found guilty of driving while intoxicated (second offense) and careless driving and will serve three days in the RCDC and 451 days of supervised probation.

Rudolpho Alaniz, 47, found guilty of driving on suspension and concealed identity and will serve four days in the RCDC and 542 days of supervised probation.

Jimmy Aranda, 19, found guilty of driving on suspended license and will serve three days in the RCDC and 361 days of supervised probation.

Denver Collins, 27, found guilty of aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs and roadways laned for traffic and will serve two days in the RCDC and 88 days of supervised probation.

Gary Russell, 44, found guilty of battery and will serve six months of unsupervised probation.

Danny Tipton, 34, found guilty of battery on a household member and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

Adam Ronald Salonish, 24, found guilty of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs and speeding and will serve 90 days of supervised probation.

Candelario Ramos, 33, found guilty of battery on a household member and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

Trevor Williams, 18, found guilty of possession of marijuana less than one ounce and will pay various fees to the court.

Vincent Ramos, 32, found guilty of resisting, evading or obstructing an officer; and concealing identity. He will serve 182 days of supervised probation.

Angel Viera, 47, found guilty of battery on a household member and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

Roberta Acuna, 20, found guilty of aggravated driving while intoxicated and will serve one year of supervised probation.
