Mr. Thomas Claude Adams, 54, of Clovis, a retired welder, died Wednesday, Dec. 10, 2003, at Roosevelt General Hospital in Portales.

He was born on March 3, 1949, in Clovis, to Gene Evelyn and Art Morris and A.J. Adams.

He graduated from Clovis High School in 1967 and served in the U.S. Navy.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include a brother, Bill Adams (and wife, Susan) of Clovis; a nephew, Kenneth Adams of Edgewood; a niece, Kristy Saxon (Mike) of Farwell; an aunt, Ann Wilkins of Clovis; an uncle, W.D. “Pete” Adams of Albuquerque; a special friend, Gloria Salcido; and numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.

Cremation has taken place.

The family will meet at 959 Curry Road D in Clovis from 1 until 7 p.m. on Sunday.

Arrangements are by Steed-Todd Funeral Home of Clovis.
