The following certificates of marriage were recently filed in the Roosevelt County Courthouse:

Daniel C. Horn, 44, and Linda J. Brown, 42, both of Portales.

Carl Jean Roybal, 31, and Ivon Aide Moncada, 22, both of Portales.

The following dispositions were recently filed in Roosevelt County District Court:

Ricardo Gallegos, 48, found guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia (two counts); possession of marijuana; resisting, evading or obstructing an officer (two counts); tampering with evidence; shoplifting under $100; and battery on a household member. He will serve five years of supervised probation.

Jessie Lopez, 23, found guilty of aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug and driving on suspended or revoked license. Lopez will serve six months in the Roosevelt County Detention Center and 12 months of supervised probation.

Troyce J. Howsmon, 39, found guilty of probation violation and will serve the remainder of his probation term at the RCDC until April 12, 2004 and an additional 50 days in the RCDC.

Tony J. Flores, 40, found guilty of two counts of forgery and possession of marijuana and will serve three years of supervised probation.

The following dispositions were recently filed in Roosevelt County Magistrate Court:

Jarrett Vaughn, 25, found guilty of battery on a household member and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

Billy Schrock, 29, found guilty of driving on a revoked license and no insurance and will serve 14 days in the RCDC and 350 days of supervised probation.

Adam Visser, 20, found guilty of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and will serve 364 of supervised probation.

Tina Esparza, 31, found guilty of shoplifting and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

Loni Carlson, 20, found guilty of aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs and will serve two days in the RCDC and 88 days of supervised probation.

Francisco Munoz, 18, found guilty of concealing identity and will serve six months of supervised probation.

Dennis Gallegos, 45, found guilty of aggravated DWI (third), immediate notice of accident. He will serve 90 days in the RCDC and 274 days of supervised probation.

Michael Encinias, 22, found guilty of driving on a suspended license and careless driving and will serve 90 days of supervised probation.

Harold Terry, 44, found guilty of attempted aggravated assault and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.

Nathan Nixon, 19, found guilty of driving on revocation, possession of drug paraphernalia and no insurance and will serve seven days in the RCDC and 364 days of supervised probation.

William Grady, 19, found guilty of aggravated DUI, expired registration and one-way violation. He will serve two days in the RCDC and 364 days of supervised probation.

Jesse Eden, 19, found guilty of possession of marijuana less than one ounce (second offense) and will serve 364 days of supervised probation.
