Here are recent dispositions recorded in Curry County District Court:

William B. Corrales, 28, pleaded guilty to robbery, aggravated battery, and embezzlement. Sentenced to three consecutive terms totaling 6 1/2 years in state prison, all suspended except for 122 days served.

Placed on five years supervised probation with special condition of making restitution on all charges including those dismissed by the court.

Subject to two years parole release supervision if imprisoned.

George L. Martinez pleaded no contest to resisting arrest. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all but 30 suspended with credit for three days served.

Placed on supervised probation for 334 days with $25 monthly probation fee and special condition of no consumption of alcohol.

Donna K. Nunez, 43, pleaded guilty to abuse of a child, driving while intoxicated first offense, and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.

Proceedings suspended on child abuse charge without adjudication and conditional discharge granted.

Sentenced on remaining charges to two concurrent terms totaling 364 days in county jail, all suspended with credit for one day served.

Placed on 18 months supervised probation with $35 monthly probation fee and special conditions of no consumption of alcohol or presence in establishment serving alcohol, attending DWI school and MADD victim impact panel, alcohol abuse screening and treatment if needed, payment of $300 fine with court costs and fees, victim restitution on all charges including those dismissed by the court, and $100 DNA testing fee.

Subject to one year parole release supervision if imprisoned.
