Here are dispositions recorded from July 15 to Aug. 13 in Curry County District Court:

• Michael R. Pace, 49, pleaded guilty to two counts of possession with intent to distribute a non-narcotic controlled substance, a third-degree felony. Sentenced to concurrent terms totaling 5 1/2 years in state prison with two years parole upon release and credit for 287 days served, plus $175 DNA testing and lab analysis fees.

• Jonathan S. May, 29, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance, a third-degree felony. Sentenced to thee years in state prison with credit for 20 days served, all suspended, and placed on supervised probation for the same period with special conditions of $20 state police drug contingency fund, $100 DNA testing fee, and agreement that parole violation will result in a four-year prison sentence on two habitual offender charges.

• Wayne N. Urioste, 45, pleaded guilty to resisting, evading, or obstructing a police officer, and disorderly conduct, both misdemeanors. Sentenced to 18 months less one day in county jail with credit for nine days served. All but six months suspended and placed on supervised probation for 12 months less one day with special conditions of no contact with several listed persons, no possession of drugs or alcohol, and completion of anger management counseling.

Here are dispositions recorded from July 2 to July 8 in Curry County Magistrate Court:

• Jesus Castaneda, 24, pleaded guilty to resisting, evading, or obstructing a police officer. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all suspended, and placed on unsupervised probation for the same period with $51 court costs and fees.

• Kent Towles, 36, pleaded guilty to careless driving and failure to use seat belts. Sentenced to $64 fine and fees on seat belt charge; judgment deferred 90 days on careless driving charge and placed on unsupervised probation for the same period with $59 court costs and fees.

• Mira Goode, 59, pleaded no contest to battery against a household member. Judgment deferred and placed on 364 days probation with $51 court costs and fees.

• Tim Dunn, 37, pleaded guilty to battery against a household member. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all suspended, and placed on supervised probation for the same period with special conditions of $35 monthly probation fee, completion of anger management classes, no contact with victim until probation officer and anger management personnel give written permission, and drug and alcohol screening, plus $51 court costs and fees.

• Adam J. Garcia, 22, pleaded no contest to battery against a household member. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all suspended, and placed on supervised probation for the same period with special conditions of $35 monthly probation fee and completion of anger management classes, plus $51 court costs and fees.

• Juan Carlos Garcia, 19, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all but seven suspended, and placed on 357 days unsupervised probation plus $67 court costs and fees.

• Martin Velazquez Garcia, 33, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all but seven suspended, and placed on 357 days unsupervised probation plus $451 fine, court costs, and fees.

• Jose Artalejo, 29, pleaded guilty to resisting, evading, or obstructing a police officer. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all but 14 suspended, and placed on 350 days unsupervised probation plus $51 court costs and fees.

• Victor E. Mencinas, 22, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all but seven suspended, and placed on 357 days unsupervised probation plus $67 court costs and fees

• Santiago Hernandez, 21, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated first offense, evading a police officer, and open container of alcohol. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all suspended, and placed on supervised probation for the same period with special conditions of $35 monthly probation fee, attending a MADD victim impact panel, alcohol abuse screening, installing an ignition interlock on vehicle at his own expense, attending DWI school, and 48 hours community service, plus $351 fine, court costs and fees to be paid at $50 per month.

• Herman Elycio, 27, pleaded no contest to failure to register vehicle, no insurance, and driving while license revoked. Judgment deferred 90 days on registration and insurance charges and ordered to pay $140 court costs. Sentenced on driving while revoked charge to 364 days in county jail, all but seven suspended, and placed on 357 days probation with special conditions of showing proof of license plus payment of $375 fines and fees. Allowed to serve 12 additional days in jail in lieu of paying $485.

• Charles Ray, 23, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all but 10 suspended with no good time allowed for first seven days, and placed on 354 days supervised probation with special conditions of $35 monthly probation fee plus $359 fines, court costs and fees.

• Ignacio Romero, 27, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended, no insurance, careless driving and expired registration. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all but 10 suspended, and placed on 354 days supervised probation with special conditions of $35 monthly probation fee and installing an immobilization device on vehicle for 30 days at his own expense, plus $476 fine, court costs and fees to be paid at $50 per month.

• Levar J. Vaughn, 23, pleaded guilty to battery against a household member. Sentenced to 180 days in county jail, all suspended, and placed on supervised probation for the same period with special conditions of $35 monthly probation fee, anger management classes, payment of victim restitution, and no contact with victim unless probation officer gives written approval, plus $51 court costs and fees.

• Richard Urioste pleaded guilty to aggravated battery against a household member and battery against a household member. Sentenced to two consecutive terms of 364 days in county jail, all suspended, and placed on supervised probation for the same period with special conditions of $35 monthly probation fee and anger management classes, plus $82 court costs and fees.

• Esiquia Olivas, 47, pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct. Sentenced to 182 days in county jail, all suspended, and placed on unsupervised probation for the same period plus $64 court costs and fees.

• Chad Bentley, 19, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all but four suspended, and placed on 364 days supervised probation with special conditions of $35 monthly probation fee and installing immobilization device on vehicle, plus $59 court costs and fees.

• Erekio Herrera Hernandez, 30, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass. Sentenced to 364 days in county jail, all but four suspended, plus $267 fines, court costs and fees. Allowed to serve additional jail time in lieu of payment and to be deported following completion of jail time.

• Joseph Apodaca, 22, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated, first offense, and failure to use seat belts. Sentenced to 90 days in county jail, all suspended, and placed on 180 days supervised probation with special conditions of attending DWI school, MADD victim impact panel, alcohol screening and installing ignition interlock on vehicle at his own expense, plus $563 fine, court costs and fees at $50 per month.

• Lisa Stallings, 32, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass. Proceedings suspended, conditional discharge granted, and placed on 364 days supervised probation with special conditions of attending mental health counseling and $35 monthly probation fee plus $51 court costs and fees.

• Charles Jordan, 40, pleaded no contest to assault against a household member. Judgment deferred and placed on 180 days unsupervised probation plus $51 court costs and fees, with permission granted to perform 10 hours community service at city zoo in lieu of payment.

• Joseph Fabela, 32, pleaded guilty to careless driving and leaving the scene of an accident. Sentenced to 90 days in county jail, all but two suspended, with credit for one day served, and placed on 88 days supervised probation plus $98 court costs and fees.

• James Butler, 31, pleaded guilty to battery against a household member. • Michael Padilla, 20, pleaded guilty to three counts of contempt of magistrate court. Sentenced to three concurrent terms totaling 90 days in county jail.

• Fidel Cano-Garcia, 24, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated, first offense. • Kelly D. Preston, 44, pleaded guilty to driving while intoxicated first offense. Sentenced to 90 days in county jail, all suspended, and placed on 180 days supervised probation with special conditions of $35 monthly probation fee, DWI school, MADD victim impact panel, alcohol abuse screening, and installing an ignition interlock on vehicle at own expense for one year, plus $499 fine, court costs, and fees.
