Recent dispositions from Roosevelt County District Court:

• Jesse D. Kibbe, 22, found guilty of assault on a peace officer, driving under the influence, criminal damage to property, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He will serve 993 days of supervised probation.

• Kevin Hodges, 22, found guilty of tampering with evidence, attempted manufacturing of methamphetamine and aggravated battery. He will serve six months in the Roosevelt County Detention Center and five years of supervised probation.

• Johnny M. Bealmear, 45, found guilty of driving under the influence (4th or subsequent) and will serve six months in the RCDC and 12 months of supervised probation.

• Jerry Norman Skelley, 48, found guilty of aggravated driving under the influence (4th or subsequent), failure to carry proof of financial responsibility and possession of alcohol in an open container. He will serve six months in the RCDC and 12 months of supervised probation.

• Suzanna Lucero, 26, found guilty of larceny over $250 and shop lifting over $100. She will serve 18 months of supervised probation.

Recent dispositions from Roosevelt County Magistrate Court:

• Mark Carter, 39, found guilty of aggravated driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia and will serve 90 days in the RCDC and 274 days of supervised probation.
