n A new agreement between the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation and the authority.
n Evaluation of proposals and selection of a fiscal agent for the authority.
n Discussion and approval of cost sharing policies between large and small jurisdictions in the authority.
n Discussion of a request for proposals for engineering services.
