    Staff report In 2013, the failed Beauty Health and Science Innovations cosmetics plant and the ensuing scandal was the story of the year.   • Report: Clovis man hog-tied and robbed

    Staff report A 76-year-old Clovis man was hog-tied in his home and robbed of several guns and his pickup truck by armed bandits, according to a police report released Monday. The home invasion and robbery happened Dec. 21. Two men and a woman allegedly forced their way into the victim’s home on Howard Cowper Drive while he was watching a football game on television, according to the report. One man wearing a mask ordered the victim to the floor and threatened to “shoot him in the head” if he didn't comply, the report said....
