    The parent turnout at the Clovis Municipal Schools second redistricting meeting Thursday was fewer than 10, but those present felt their questions on redistricting options were addressed well. If option A, B, C or D is approved at the CMS Aug. 28 board meeting, many children in Clovis will be moved from Marshall and Yucca middle schools to the new W.D.     Bill Bargman says he aims to supply the demand of area residents' appetite for organic and gourmet foods. Bargman and his wife Rhonda plan to bring change to the Roden-Smith Building on Llano Estacado in Clovis with the opening of their new business, Paradise Market.     A Portales police officer resigned from the department Wednesday, less than one week after a New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy board member announced his officer certification had been suspended.
