    Freedom New Mexico Larry E. Leaming of Colorado will be the new Roosevelt General Hospital administrator, the hospital board announced Monday morning. After a brief executive session, board members voted unanimously to hire Leaming. Board President Terry Cone said Leaming’s salary will be $120,000 a year.     Clovis police are cautioning residents to take extra care during the holidays to avoid becoming a victim of burglary and theft. Criminals target unlocked vehicles and homes in search of unsecured valuables, according to a press release. Gifts, firearms, wallets and purses are often stolen, particularly when they are left in vehicles parked at shopping centers, police said.
