    STAFF REPORT One of the homicide victims found inside a burned Portales home in March suffered two gunshot wounds, an autopsy report shows. Autopsy and toxicology reports were released over the weekend following a Portales News-Tribune public information request. The bodies of John J. Bustamante, 39, and Christina Griffin, 31, both of Portales, were found inside their burned residence in the 900 block of North Avenue J on March 16.     Staff report Houston-based Natural Chem Group, LLC, now owns the defunct Abengoa ethanol plant just outside Portales, according to a Natural Chem press release. The ethanol plant was built in 1984 with operations being suspended in 2012. Abengoa Bioenergy filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy earlier this year. Natural Chem spent the first half of 2015 in negotiations with Abengoa for the purchase of its plant while also negotiating with the city of Portales for Portales Industrial Park land around the plant.
