    CLOVIS — Ask an average Clovis resident for the center of the city, and most fingers would point at the intersection of Prince and 21st streets. That means a lot of automotive traffic, with most motorists making legal turns and maneuvers throughout the day. The city of Clovis is at targeting the not-so-legal actions, primarily around the intersection’s heavily-visited Walgreens drug store.     CHS basketball ticket sales start Monday Clovis High School will begin sales of reserved season tickets on Monday, according to a release from the school. Season ticket holders from the 2018-19 season have until Nov. 12 to renew their tickets or inform the CHS athletics office of intent to relinquish their seats. Beginning Nov. 13, all remaining tickets will be sold to the public. Tickets are $135 per seat, with a $25 discount for active duty or retired military with a military ID card.     FARWELL — A former priest accused of indecency with a child was found not guilty by a Parmer County jury on Wednesday.
