    Ninth Judicial District Attorney Matt Chandler is praising Katie’s Law for helping convict an illegal immigrant of the 2010 rape of a Clovis woman. Chandler said Jesus Oscar Dominguez was convicted by a jury Friday and faces up to 27 years in prison. He said Dominguez was convicted largely on DNA evidence police obtained from the scene.
