    MIAMI — Hurricane Irma continued its deadly sweep through the Caribbean on Friday as residents of Florida waited with frazzled nerves and growing fears over just how bad the storm would be.     CLOVIS — A Curry County grand jury on Friday returned a 33-count indictment against Nathaniel Ray Jouett, 16, who is accused in the mass shooting at the Clovis-Carver Public Library on Aug. 28. Two library workers died in the violence, and four people were injured. A news release from District Attorney Andrea Reeb said the case will proceed through the adult criminal justice system.
