I think fair time brings out the kid in all of us. I remember my excitement as a kid, knowing we were going to the fair. There were the familiar smells of the various animals. The dust from the midway and, of course, the food. I am not saying I went to the fair for the food, but it was a really good reason to be there. We would always wait to eat after we had visited the different buildings. My brother and I would walk along behind my mom and dad as they stopped at the booths... Full story
