    Food Bank of Eastern New Mexico Executive Director Nancy Taylor has been hospitalized in critical condition, food bank board President Allan Isbell said on Tuesday. Isbell said Taylor had returned home Sunday after riding horses with friends, woke sometime during the night and complained of pain.     A Clovis harvesting company paid more than $100,000 in back wages and penalties after the U.S. Department of Labor cited it for labor violations, according to a news release.     Former Clovis Mayor Gayla Brumfield will testify today in the nation's capital at a Senate hearing for a bill that could provide the 75 percent of the money needed for the Ute water project.     An Elida man was killed Tuesday morning in a single vehicle rollover 10 miles east of Dora, according to Capt. Jimmy Glascock of the New Mexico State Police. C.L. Roach, 78, was driving a 1999 Ford pickup just before 6 a.m. on N.M. 114 when he drifted off the road for unknown reasons and overcorrected, according to Glascock.
