    PORTALES — Officials this week served an arrest warrant on a man they found “hiding in a dog house” last week after allegedly shooting at an inspector with an “AR-15 style rifle,” earlier in the day, according to court documents and a news release from the Roosevelt County Sheriff Office.     The New Mexico Department of Transportation is in the process of resurfacing nearly 10 miles of U.S. 60/84 in Roosevelt County from mile marker 342 to mile marker 352 near Taiban, according to a NMDOT press release.
