Orlik on May 28, the state Judicial Nominating Commission announced Friday. Applicants are Donna Mowrer of Portales and Wesley Pool, Andrea Reeb and Brian Stover, all of Clovis.     Freedom New Mexico Elida Mayor Durward Dixon, 45, has been charged in what Roosevelt County Sheriff’s officials described as a domestic dispute with his girlfriend June 25 at their home.
