    ROSWELL — Xcel Energy filed a rate review Monday in New Mexico, outlining the company’s investments in its delivery system and renewable energy. The company is seeking a 7.5 percent average rate increase that would go into effect in mid-2020. A typical residential household with 1,000 kilowatt hours of usages would see an increase of $7.83 per month.
