    CLOVIS — Coffee Bistro has relocated across town in Clovis, gaining 1,800 square feet and a larger menu, according to the owner. Coffee Bistro Owner Kerry Walsh said their previous location on North Prince was sold, forcing them to relocate after nine years. “We did great there, but it was time to move,” Walsh said.   • Curry jail renovation advances

    CLOVIS — The project to expand and renovate the Curry County Adult Detention Center advanced one step further Wednesday during the regular commission meeting. Curry County commissioners approved design development documents for the construction, which is scheduled to start early next year.     PORTALES — Roosevelt General Hospital administration reported making strides toward improving the hospital’s quality during its Tuesday board of trustees meeting.     Although larger cities nationwide have recently been approaching opioid addiction as a disease rather than a crime in an approach called “do no harm,” rural areas such as Clovis and Portales take a different stance to opioid use.     A local Facebook page promoting the painting, hiding and finding of rocks recently hit 7,600 users from all across the nation.
