    Staff report Eastern New Mexico University landed a Division-I transfer Thursday, with point guard Jasmine Hotchkins joining the Greyhounds. The 5-foot-3 Phoenix native will have three years of eligibility left, following a freshman year at East Tennessee State. While at ETSU, she averaged 13.4 minutes per game with 2.9 points per game for the Lady Buccaneers in 2013-14.     STAFF WRITERS Providing the best and quickest care for patients is the end goal of Roosevelt General Hospital’s new ambulance service, set to begin transporting patients in August.
