    ELIDA — A man was killed Tuesday morning in a vehicle rollover south of Elida, according to a release from the New Mexico State Police. Wilber J. Charles, 68, of Las Cruces, was traveling east on N.M. 70, and lost control of his 2002 Ford near mile post 389. The vehicle then left the road, crashed through a fence and rolled. Charles, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead on the scene....
