    SAN ANTONIO — As part of the Air Force’s recent implementation of the new Citibank controlled spend account travel cards, funding for lodging costs will be pre-loaded on the card once authorization is approved in the Defense Travel System. As a result of the CSA travel card implementation, Air Force Inns guests paying with the new CSA travel card will be charged the total room charges up to a long-term stay of 30 days upon check-in. Patricia Dees said the FOD program is intended to bring awareness to potential FOD hazards and prevent damage to aircraft or equipment and it is open to all active duty and civilians assigned to Cannon.     I love bananas. They’re cheap, sweet and healthy, and they come in individual packages (a.k.a.. peels.) Plus, there are tons of things you can do with them: Eat them plain, put them on cereal, use them as a fat substitute in baked goods, stick them in peanut butter sandwiches, etc. My favorite way to eat bananas is with drizzled with honey, especially if the bananas are cooked.
