    CLOVIS — The Lodgers’ Tax Advisory Board met Tuesday evening recommended disbursing $117,950 out of roughly $175,000 remaining in its fiscal year budget for promotional support to various events and projects serving Clovis in the coming months.     Clovis Municipal Airport Manager Kyle Berkshire said Tuesday that Boutique Air is exploring the possibility of adding a Clovis-Denver option in addition to its Dallas service.     CLOVIS — Clovis High School was locked down for about an hour Wednesday morning after officials found ammunition in a vehicle on campus and were told two boys ran from the scene with a gun. Superintendent Jody Balch said no shots were fired and all of the suspects were apprehended by police. The incident began about 11:30 a.m., Balch said, when an assistant principal saw “marijuana smoke pouring out” of a vehicle in the parking lot.
