    Cameron stretched Eastern New Mexico University’s losing streak to nine games, beating the Greyhounds 18-12 and a 7-6 loss Saturday in a Lone Star Conference Crossover doubleheader at McCord Field. After being down 4-0 in the first game, Cameron (11-10) exploded for 11 runs in the second inning on seven singles and a three-run double by junior Bryan Nichols.     Eastern New Mexico University junior Valerie Villela went 4-for-8 from the plate and scored two runs as the Zias split a Saturday Lone Star Conference South doubleheader with Tarleton State at Zia Softball Field. The Zias (13-16, 2-6 LSC South) won the first game 3-1. Tarleton State, as the TexAnns (15-7, 2-2) earn the split. took the second game 6-5.     RIO RANCHO — Clovis coach Shane Shallenberger figured sophomore Parker Wood would be a force on the mound. He just didn’t think it would happen this quickly.     Less than an hour after the Zias softball team split a doubleheader Saturday at Zia Softball Field, second-year coach Armando Quiroz announced that he’s coached his last game at Eastern New Mexico University. Quiroz said he has been hired as the head softball coach for Pima (Ariz.) Community College, a job he said he was offeed last week.
