    PORTALES — A Roosevelt County Grand Jury has returned a no-bill in connection with the July 27 shooting death of Derek Garcia. According to a news release from District Attorney Andrea Reeb: The Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Office was called to a residence in Roosevelt County on reports of a large fight ending in a shooting.
