Two bodies found in a remote location on a Chaves County ranch may be those of a Bovina couple missing more than two weeks, officials in Parmer County said today. Rosendo Lara, 81, who suffers from dementia, and Hortencia Lara, 84, whom family members said “gets confused” were last seen on Jan. 19.
