While I was taking the ornaments down from my Christmas tree last week, I started thinking about how much easier it is to take it all apart than to put it all together. I just methodically take the decorations from the tree, drop the hook in the box, and place the ornaments in their piles. Nothing to it. But it's a different story when the tree is being decorated. Each little treasure needs to be placed in the perfect spot. Can't be too close to one that's similar, unless of course it would look best with a little partner....
