    A retired locomotive is staying at Hillcrest Park for at least the weekend. The 105-year-old locomotive, set to be moved to the Clovis Depot Model Train Museum, was not moved Thursday, and inclement weather should nix any possible weekend movement plans, Clovis Community Development Director Claire Burroughes said.     The Clovis-Carver Public Library is one of 17 libraries around the state that will participate in Fast Forward New Mexico, a grant-funded computer and Internet training program.     Clovis police arrested two men Monday in connection with a Sept. 18 stabbing. Kenneth Lamar Nash, 24, and Angelo Vargas, 25, are being held at the Curry County jail.
