CLOVIS — Applications are being accepted for this summer’s K-5 PLUS program, according to a press release from Clovis Municipal Schools.
K-5 PLUS is a program that provides an extra 25 days of specialized learning for students entering kindergarten to fifth grade this fall.
The program will run Monday to Friday from June 21 to July 26, is free to attend and includes meals.
To apply contact the office staff at your child’s K-5 PLUS location (see chart below) to add your child to the list. Students will be accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis.
K-5 PLUS locations:
• Lockwood Elementary — Bilingual students from Lockwood and La Casita.
• James Bickley Elementary — Students from James Bickley, Highland and Sandia.
• Arts Academy at Bella Vista — Students from Arts Academy, Parkview, Cameo and English only from Lockwood.
