Do you want to compete to win a music competition without all the hassle of learning how to sing or play an instrument? The United Way of Eastern New Mexico has the event for you.
The lip sync battle is scheduled from 4-7 p.m. on March 4 at the Java Loft in Clovis, and will pit music lovers with a knack for creativity against one another to win prizes.
Curious to see a real-life lip sync battle, but too shy to compete? Fear not, you can still attend and vote for your favorite “syncer” with “point pebbles,” available for purchase at the event.
The event is family friendly and “intended to raise awareness of vital agencies in the local area,” according to a press release by UWENM.
Entry in the competition is $20 per contestant.
