Melrose dominates eight-man selections with 14 of 21 first-team picks
Melrose's Tristan Sena received four all-state selections to the New Mexico High School Coaches Association Eight-Man all-state team Friday. Sena was one of four Buffaloes to earn three first-team nods, and also took a second-team position at linebacker.
A total of 19 Curry and Roosevelt county football players were recognized Friday with 30 positions on the New Mexico High School Coaches Association all-state teams, released Friday for Eight-Man through 6A.
