Monday

• 8:04 a.m.: Basic rule, 2900 block of East Mabry Drive

• 12:10 p.m.: Battery on a household member, 1200 block of Rosewood Drive

• 12:19 p.m.: Following too close, 100 block of West 21st Street

• 1:30 p.m.: Larceny up to $500, 900 block of Merriwether Street

• 4:22 p.m.: Following too close, Thornton Street/Yucca Avenue

• 6:36 p.m.: Careless driving, 14th Street/Wallace Street

• 7:10 p.m.: Shoplifting up to $500, 1400 block of West Seventh Street

Tuesday

• 1:31 a.m.: Failure to pay fines, Commerce Way/Wallace Street

• Vanity G. Garcia, 26, probation violation

• Richard Orosco, 36, failure to appear at time and place stated in citation, battery against a household member, driving on suspended or revoked license, false imprisonment

• Matthew Jennings, 28, first degree murder (willful and deliberate)

• Melodi J. Sorge, 39, concealing identity, failure to yield, no insurance, probation violation

• Moses Martinez, 24, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer (service of process)

• Daniel Hernandez, 47, driving while license suspended or revoked

• Adriana Trujillo-Martinez, 26, driving on suspended or revoked license, no insurance, failure to obey traffic control devices (two counts), driving under the influence of drugs (first)

• Lorenzo C. Martinez, 50, first degree murder (felony murder), tampering with evidence (third or fourth degree felony)
