• Portales Public Library: will be closed on Saturday as well.

• Portales Recreation Center

• Eastern New Mexico University

• Roosevelt County offices

• Roosevelt County Magistrate Court

• Portales Municipal Schools

• U.S. Postal Service

• Portales News-Tribune

• Portales Police Department

• Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Office
