The Eastern Plains Council of Governments executive committee will hold an emergency meeting 9 a.m. Thursday at the EPCOG office at 418 Main in Clovis.
The only agenda on the item is approval of a $50,000 line of credit from Citizens Bank of Clovis. Executive Director Sandy Chancey said the money is intended to hold the organization over while it waits for reimbursement from various funding agencies.
