Raphael Splanemann, a freshman midfielder from Berlin, Germany, scored his first goal of the season for the Hounds (8-5-3) in the seventh minute, taking a crossing pass from senior midfielder Julian Roberts and beating WT goalkeeper Garrett Cooper with a shot to the right corner.

The Buffaloes (10-3-1), ranked 19th in NCAA Division II, countered in the 30th minute when Daniel Angloher notched his second goal of the season from 20 yards out on a free kick.

ENMU posted a 16-15 advantage in overall shots, and 8-5 on goal. ENMU freshman Severin Niessen had four saves and Cooper notched seven.

The Buffs edged ENMU 1-0 at Canyon, Texas, last Friday, scoring the only goal with just under seven minutes remaining.

It was the home finale for the Hounds, who finished 4-1-3 on their turf.
