Here is a sampling of police, sheriff and fire calls for:

Friday

  • 12:04 p.m.: Caller reported beer stolen from back of delivery truck, 600 block of South Prince Street.
  • 2:14 p.m.: Caller reported a male in a crane hit a power line, 3800 block of Mabry Drive.
  • 2:32 p.m.: Caller reported male subject dumping dirt in the alley got power lines caught on his truck, 1700 block of Laura Lane.
  • 8:06 p.m.: Caller reported a female was bleeding from the head after a four-wheeler accident, Buffalo Road.
  • 8:25 p.m.: Caller reported narcotics found in a bathroom, 800 block of North Mitchell Street.
  • 10:23 p.m.: Caller reported shots fired in the area, 600 block of Maple Street.

Saturday

  • 1:44 a.m.: Caller advised a male was passed out in is vehicle in a drive-thru lane, 200 block of West 14th Street.
  • 12:03 p.m.: Caller requested assistance removing her dog from a chain. The dog choked itself to death with it and was stuck to the fence, 1100 block of Sheldon Street.
  • 6:30 a.m.: Caller reported a one-vehicle rollover and vehicle debris all over the road, near mile marker 15 on Highway 209.
  • 6:27 p.m.: Caller reported heavy smoke from a transformer, 800 block of John Doe Street.
  • 8:39 p.m.: Caller reported sparks from a tree hitting an electrical wire, near Sycamore Avenue and East Howard Street.
  • 9:38 p.m.: Caller reported electricity was out and electric lines in the alley sparking, 900 block of Beta Street.

Sunday

  • 1:37 a.m.: Caller reported someone started a fire in his yard, near Lilac Road and Llano Estacado Boulevard.
  • 12:25 p.m.: Caller found a male in the bathroom with a large bag of marijuana, 3400 block of North Norris Street.
  • 12:57 p.m.: Caller reported 16 head of cattle mysteriously dead, probably from a low-flying crop duster spraying fields recently, 1200 block of state road 311.
  • 2:26 p.m.: Caller reported a male on a motorcycle hit by a vehicle, near First and Lea streets.
