Monday: Breakfast — Mini pancakes Lunch — Oven-baked chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans and whole wheat roll and seasonal fruit.
Tuesday: Breakfast — Egg and cheese biscuit. Lunch — Bean tostada and salsa, Spanish rice, Mexi salad and mixed fruit.
Wednesday: Breakfast — Yogurt and cinnamon toast. Lunch — Chile con carne, zucchini coins and ranch, banana pudding and corn bread.
