Clovis BPO Does

Clovis BPO Does held a regular meeting on Jan. 26 with President Sandie Kitchens presiding.

Entertainment Chairman Kandi Hall announced there would be an Elks/Does Valentine’s Dinner and Dance on Feb. 11. The cost is $15 per person for advance sales and $20 at the door.

Membership Chairman Sammye May read a new application for membership for Angelina Garcia, which was accepted by the members. We will be having new member initiation at the last meeting in February.

Secretary Bea Martel provided the information for the upcoming District Meeting to be held March 8-11 in Farmington. Clovis Drove will be hosting the 2013 District Meeting and Treasurer Hester volunteered to serve as chairman and Ava Pacholke will be the co-chair. This takes lots of time and effort and all members are encouraged to help with the planning.
