Sophomore Kamal Cass scored on a 10-yard run and 61-yard screen pass for Clovis (2-3), which dropped its third straight game.
Rio Rancho (3-2) led 6-0 at halftime on a pair of Carlos Garcia field goals.
The Rams outgained Clovis 371 to 296.
