DeAngelo Clark Woods was born Aug. 4, 2011, at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center in Fort Hood to Bernie and Stephanie Woods Fort Hood, Texas.

He weighed 10 pounds.

He has one brother, Dominic, 3, and two sisters, Shaquira, 15, and Liyah, 7.

Grandparents are Michael and Lilly Chrisman of San Antonio, Ed and Patricia Cox of Pittsburgh, Pa., Johnnie Mae Woods of Valdosta, Ga., and Donald and Anita Woods of Valdosta, Ga.

Great-grandparents are Alice Cox of Pittsburgh, Pa., and Kate Johnson of Valdosta, Ga.
