ENMU professor to be published
Eastern New Mexico University Professor of Biology Manuel Varela will have a chapter called “Maltose Chemistry and Biochemistry” published by the Royal Society of Chemistry in the book “Food and Nutritional Components in Focus.” Co-authors of the book chapter are postdoctoral fellow Sanath Kumar and biology graduate student Robert Crow.
