Cannon hosting Industry Day

The 27th Special Operations Contracting Squadron at Cannon Air Force Base will host its second annual industry day April 29, according to a news release.

The event will be held 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Landing Zone.

United States Small Business Administration District Director John Woosley will present how his organization supports firms seeking to do business with Cannon and the Air Force.

Local firms will participate in training seminars about federal contracting. The event will also include a tour of current base construction projects.
