Recent Roosevelt County Magistrate Court cases, according to court documents:

Feb. 11

• Donald Session, born in 1984, pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs and negligent use of a firearm. Session was sentenced to 90 days in jail, one year supervised probation, certain alcohol substance restrictions, 24 hours of community service within 90 days and $674 in fines and fees.

Feb. 15

• Christopher Jackson, born in 1989, pleaded guilty to delivery of an ID to a minor. Jackson was sentenced 182 days in jail, 182 days supervised probation and $273 in fines and fees.

• Ricky Salas, birth year unavailable, pleaded guilty to resisting, evading and obstructing an officer. Salas was sentenced to 364 days in jail, 364 days supervised probation, certain alcohol substance restrictions and $273 in fines and fees.

Feb. 16

• Jose Luis Valles-Aguirre, born in 1973, pleaded no contest to aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs. Valles-Aguirre was sentenced to 90 days in jail, 48 hours of community service within 90 days and other post release stipulations and $521 in fines and fees.
