Schools on holiday schedule

Clovis Municipal Schools will begin a holiday schedule after the end of classes Friday, according to a news release.

Elementary classes end at 11:30 a.m. and secondary at noon Friday. All school offices, as well as administration, student support center, maintenance and transportation, will close at 2 p.m.

There will be no classes for students from Monday through Jan. 3. Administration, student support center, maintenance and transportation will be open Monday, Tuesday, Dec. 30-31 and closed from Wednesday through Dec. 29.

Jan. 3 will be a professional development day for teachers and classes resume on Jan. 4.
